MLB-Pro, a long-running, immersive OOTP league

Founded in 2012, **MLB Pro** is a highly immersive, daily sim league designed for the dedicated GM. The vast majority of the league has been around for many real-life years with some GM's returning to the league after taking briefs stints away. Beyond a standard MLB set-up, the league also features an off-season Winter Developmental League, a group of GM's who publish podcasts, an anonymous GM who publishes rumors and stories, and all together a terrific group of GM's

Our activity level is high, the camaraderie is real, and the expectations are clear: **be active, be responsible, and have fun.**

What Makes MLB Pro Special?

The Pace: One real-life day = one-sim day. Our pace is simply not for everyone. We totally understand that. But if you are someone with the patience for the grind of a season and then the patience of a methodical off-season, this could be the league for you.

Active Community*Trade talks, real-life MLB chatter, or live sim commentary, there’s always someone around.
League Content: Podcasts, articles, team previews, and awards coverage. Want to write or podcast? This is the place.

* Respect for the rules, GMs, and league structure
**Note**: New GMs are subject to a 2-week trade moratorium to allow for proper acclimation. Again, with the pace of MLB Pro, we expect someone new to have patience.

The Cleveland Guardians are a once proud MLB Pro franchise that have fallen on tough times the last few seasons. An end of a longtime era fell victim to inexperience and lack of attention. There are some foundational pieces, but also major holes within the organization.
