[Bug] Perfect Team Knuckleballers underperforming K%

There are a number of knuckballers that are underperforming their expected K%.

The easiest example is Gold Phil Niekro who has 83 STU (70 vL / 100 vR) who for something like the Monday Gold Rush should be striking out guys at a 24% rate but is instead striking out guys at 18% rate.

From my data set, every player who has a high STU rating due to a Knuckleball seems to be underperforming their STU rating.

This might be intended though? Doesn't the Knuckleball also have an effect on BABIP that most individual pitches do not?

I think if that's the case, then it would make sense that the STU rating should be decreased and pBABIP rating should be increased then?
