data export question

Hi there. Is there any way to export the "real" under-the-hood ratings for players on the 0-600 or 0-250 scales? Or to view them, other than within the editor? As far as I can tell, every way that you can export player data (manual export, almanac) ends up with the data in the rating scale that you've chosen for the league (20-80, 1-5, etc)... are there other ways to export the more granular data that anyone's aware of?

Export WLB Rosters has most of the ratings. There are other numbers available in the files when you Export data to CSV files.

Sorry, could you elaborate on what "WLB Rosters" are or where they are found? I don't see this in the database tab, or in the list of boxes you can check for export within the database tab...

Don't have 26 so can't confirm but up to 25, exporting rosters gives you whatever the current scale is. In 25 it's 0-550 for the ratings in that range.

Under league settings. League actions then import/export

Well I agree with the first sentence, but not the second. In both OOTP 25 and 26 (and I believe in previous versions), you can list the ratings on several scales, but not the 0-550 (or 0-600) scales, as per this screenshot. If you could list the visible ratings that way, then I agree you could export them that way.

Anyone have other ideas on how to do this?

Exporting from the league settings screen does use the full scale.

You have never been able to list the "true" ratings found in the player editor. Only via exporting them or editing them.

What I meant by the current scale is it's changed over the years. Some used to have a max of 250, some 255, some were 214 then changed to 240. So whatever range the game uses is what's exported.

Glad you finally got it worked out
