Unable to move purchased seasons on Android Tablet
I was able to move them from GO 23 to GO 25 on the same tablet.
And I was able to move them from GO 25 to GO 26 on my Android phone without a problem. I suspect this is an issue with the keyboard, as I've had this before (on my phone only the Samsung keyboard and not Gboard, for example). Can you please help me out here? |

Hey sorry for the delayed response, which part of the transfer does it get stuck on?
(By the way, if I can't help you out with a solution on your device, you can repurchase them on your tablet and send me the Order IDs, then I can refund them for you) |

I'm not able to do the export. I tried from OOTP GO, OOTP GO 23, and OOTP GO 25.
With all of them, I'm able to type the email address, but I'm never able to click on "Request Code" I was able to fix similar issues on my phone by changing the keyboard, but I've tried several different keyboards on the tablet and none of them seem to work. I have also made sure that GO 25 was updated with the last patch that enables the export. If re-purchasing and getting the refund is possible, that would be great. Which Order-IDs would you need? |

If not, could you send me the original order IDs (if you still have em) and then the new order IDs for whatever purchases you need to remake on the tablet. You can just shoot me a dm |

I just tried this one more time. I was pressing enter after typing my email address before, but the Request Code button would never be activated.
I tried it with the default keyboard for my tablet, Gboard, Swiftkey, and Simple Keyboard. I found a 2nd Simple Keyboard app on the Play Store and tried once more, and that one actually worked ![]() In case anyone else has a similar issue, this is the keyboard that did the trick: Simple Keyboard by Simple Mobile Tools |
