two QoL suggestion

Hello devs, first thanks for great new gamesOOTP26 and OOTP GO 26.
Since I've could see a lot of new / improved features which was suggested in community, I'm really happy to see our communication was worth.
(My suggestion which was about preset of player's development slider was there too! yay!)

As an OOTP GO player, Everything looks fine as far however, there are two things which make me little sad.

1. GM's home page.
The page which you will see always when you start your save.
You know, we can navigate tons of pages just clicking something here, not need to find one by one.

but in OOTP GO 26, It seems it's max 3 tabs. with little tweaking cfg file, it's 4 tabs but still 4 is not enough.

In OOTP 25, it was 4 - 6
In OOTP 24, it was 6 no matter your device's model. (you can see maximum 6 tabs with small phone.)

but it's now only 3 tabs. I know readability is important in design, but I'm doubt it's worth than time-saving and convenient since this is a mobile game.

2. Scouting page
I was really surprised that now GO also has scouting system. I thought it was cut feature like commissioner mode. anyway, I really like it.
But since scouting report tab is part of Player-Development page, there's a problem we can't see scouting report of player who is not in our team.
If you move this tab to somewhere else, the average tiredness of comparing player's development will be reduced by hugely.

Thanks! I'm really excited with new games, I can't help but saying long like kids.
