Cannot do or get past First Year Player Draft

I am in the second year of a standard Pro-Rel league, from the quickstart page. It is time for the First Year Player Draft. The draft screen shows "Draft Complete" although no players have been drafted and when I try to complete the day, I get a message that the draft has not been completed.

I am on Version 26.1 Build 45, 64 bit

What date is the draft and the draft reveal date set at? The QS may date back its creation to pre-OOTP25. Last year there were some changes in the game logic such that if either the draft or draft reveal date is too early, it thinks you mean last year's draft.

Game day was June 6, 2018
Draft was set for June 6, 2018
Reveal was set for 30 days earlier (May 7)

I am only in the second year, so I will probably just restart the league, but it is aggravating.

You need to move the draft to around November and reveal October. Your draft is too early. It’s an easy fix to AI logic that went into effect last year.
