Players who's Team Option is voided is showing up as Comp Pick FA when they shouldn't

I don't see that this was fixed in the Beta, so if it has been sorry about missing that, but I just simmed us to Free Agency and we have some players who had their team option voided by their team (and obviously not offered QO) show up in the FA pool as FA with Compensation Picks attached, which obviously shouldn't be the case. I have no idea what to attach screenshot wise to show that, so not posting any. If you need me to post anything just let me know and I will do so. This is something I remember happening in OOTP 25 at points too so I'm sure you guys know what is going on.

Here is a screenshot showing all the players who are comp eligible once simmed to FA and the file at start of FA. There are some international players from international legues (example SP - Jin-Ho Joo) showing up with comp picks. I don't know if that's suppose to be case or not since could be comp picks for those leagues, but the MLB players I am talking about are guys like CF - Druw Jones, 3B - Kasey Knepp, etc, who had their option voided. The only two who should have comp pick attached because they rejected QO is Ronald Acuna Jr. and Zach Maxwell. I will also attach file at start of FA.
