Season transfer

Hi

I'm having an issue transferring seasons from 25 to 26.

1. I don't see an "export seasons" button on 25, just restore IAP and load season.

2. I've tried to use the restore IAPs button on 25, then enter my email on 26, then use the code and I get a message stating my purchases have been transferred, but I'm missing a lot of them

If you aren't seeing the export button on 25 then you are likely out of date on that app. There was a patch a few days ago which changed it from an import to export, so double check you are up to date

Same issue here .. i even received the pop up that my seasons have been restored .. still missing everything

The "restore IAP" button will restore purchases that have been made in the current game from the App Store. If you are carrying purchases forward from previous games you'll need to restore and then export those purchases from that game. The export button will export any season that are displayed as purchased in the market page

It's an unfortunately confusing system that we had to implement to get around the store limitations, so if you're still having issue please send me some screenshots to clarify and I will try my best to help

Sorry for the delay, you were right about needeing to update 25. After the update this worked perfectly. Thank you for the help

Is there instructions posted on how to do this? It's been a year and I cannot remember.

It was used to export all historical seasons plus the latest season for which the export was requested—for example, an export from OOTP Go 24 would include all purchased historical seasons plus the 2023 season. But now, it only exports the historical seasons, not the latest one. Is this an intentional change or just another bug?

I'll double check here on my end what's going on, it should include the 2024 season you are correct
*EDIT* seems like nothing has changed in the code but I can see that it wouldn't include the most recent season, so I'm surprised that it would work in previous versions. Regardless I'll need to change that for the export from Go25

Thanks for confirming. I guess it’s because you’ve changed how you charge for the app. Before Go 25, the latest season was an IAP, but Go 25 is a paid app that includes the latest season.
