Minor league prospects making 740k

I've been noticing a lot of players in the 4-6 years of service range who have never spent a day in the majors but they are drawing a 740k salary.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Are they maybe on the 40-man roster? The salary would be referencing what they will make if/when they are on the Active roster.

They are on the 40 man in this case, is that a change from 25? Never saw that before.
