"Ask Ai For Plan" for Player Development not working for Pitchers on one save file

This worked in the previous build of the game, and is still working for some of my save files, but seems to no longer be working in Build 45 on one of my saves. I have not determined the cause of this on this particular save file, but this file has two differences from the other files:

- It is imported from OOTP 25.
- It is an online league.

When I click on "Ask AI for Plan" on the player development tab for any pitcher, the sliders do not move, even if I reset them or they have points available for use. It still works for hitters in this save file.

Please let me know if I can provide logs or similar to help investigate this. Thanks.

This is still an issue in the latest build, 26.3.55. I've attached a video demonstrating the issue. It does not seem restricted to only pitchers, although it does not occur for every player, and the players it doesn't work for seems to change over time. In the example video, it seems to work for minor leaguers but not major leaguers, though in the past I've also seen it fail to work for minor leaguers, so I have not successfully determined the pattern.

However, I can say with confidence it is only occurring on this save file, which is an online league imported from OOTP 25. I have not had this issue on any offline leagues.
