License Keys for Old Games

I recently bought a new PC & have been transferring all my old OOTP files over to it. The one issue I have is that I still have OOTP 18 & OOTP 20 but no license keys. I had sent an email earlier in the week but haven't received a response yet. Is there any way to activate these older games without a license key? And if not, do I just have to wait on support to respond to my email?

You might be able to get your 20 license, but 19 was definitely eSellerate, and as others are finding, they are long gone as the business folded.
