AI setting defensive position

For some reason the AI is setting my defensive position playing out a 3D game even though I have it set for human player to set defensive positioning. Is there some new setting I am unaware of?

It doesn't happen all the time but there are times when the AI brings the corners in or the infield in or have the 1B hold the runner or not.

There is an option for the AI to set the initial defense. My guess is yours is set to "yes".
