Requests to play in foreign league

After simulating through my first season I received messages from 7 of my major leaguers asking me to post them so they can play in foreign leagues. Again, these were major league regulars on a wildcard qualifier - starting pitchers, closer, starting position players. Does anyone actually think this is realistic?

What are the other leagues in your game? If the reputation of the league you're playing in is lower than that of other leagues in your save, this can happen regardless of your team's success

I'm playing MLB. Other leagues are KBO, Independent leagues, AFL, MLB draft league, WBC. MLB has a 10 (max) reputation.

You should probably turn off the posting feature in the financial settings of the MLB then, that'll make it stop.

Yeah I know where the feature is located. I was more speaking towards the function of it.

It's only really meant to be used if the league you're playing in isn't the most prestigious league in the game. So there's not really a realistic reason to include it for MLB - the MLB doesn't post their players to play in other leagues, that only happens with Japan and South Korea
