Game crashes every time I try to start franchise with inaugural draft

uninstalled, reinstalled, no luck.

Was able to start a simple season as GM/Manager of a team. but the moment I want to hold a draft the game crashes.

Could you upload the the league files and post a link for us to take a look at? Just the .dat files, don't need the folders. Thanks!
