Is Athletics move automatically to Las Vegas in 26?

If i play normally setting in the ootp 26 game does Athletics moves to Las vegas on 2028?
Also the new stadium is allocated too?

From what I can tell in 28 or 29 they will move to Vegas automatically but in a generic stadium

Do you know if league evolution has to be turned on for this to happen? I have it turned off and just got through 2028 with nothing happening in regards to moving.

I did some skip seasons and they do end up in Vegas for the 2028 season, but they don't do it as soon as the offseason hits. It occurs a few weeks into offseason if I remember correctly.

Why would they? OOTP26 play the 2025 season (if we talk current ML), the game never went into future season so after 2025 nothing is real.
