My Scout constantly finds international players that suck and then adds them to our international complex.
Why is he including bad players? This is ridiculous. |

Those guys are mostly for org depth. rarely are they notable or turn into anything. the big IFA guys you'll find are in the offseason between Nov and Jan and then can be signed after Jan 15 or something
