Merging 2025 with 2026

Can someone post how to do this, for perfect team and saved games?

Not sure about PT. But for saves, main (first screen upon start-up) Halfway down on eight side 'Import Game from 25' select and follow the instructions.

PT you start all over every single year. There is no merge.
