Perfect team diamond historical not on account following release updates

I picked up the historical Tim Raines card from the preorder historical pack, but following the release day issues it isn't on my team anymore. Wonder if anyone else having this issue?

Check your inactive roster. He should be there.

I've been waiting for a few days to see if it kicks in, but still not on the team or reserve roster. Also double checked pack history and don't have a diamond historical opening there either

check your inactive roster, not the reserves or main roster

When a high value card is pulled from a pack, your 200 card roster should bump the lowest value card off your reserve roster to fit the high value card on your reserve.

It's already in there, and has been there for a long time. You can find this under Team Control Settings in the PT Settings:
