What are the New Small lines on Organization-Overview

I noticed these new small lines to the right of the player's name. What are they?

If we're talking about the same thing, aren't those indicating where the list can be reordered using drag-and-drop?

Never mind, I see those lines now. I thought you were talking about the symbols that are explained at the bottom of the page.
