Minor league player movement

Long time OOTPer here.

I like playing the game as a minor league manager, where you need to manage what you are given by the organization. I use the MLB Standard game.
I am finding that this year the AI GMs are making a ridiculous number of player changes to minor league teams. OOTP25 was Ok on how it handled this aspect, but the new version is ludicrous. For example, playing as a AA team, AI made 83 changes in one month, including many players being released. Often times, players moved into a team, only to be moved on a day later. Many, many players in an organisation, including prospects and fringe players, will play on three different teams before July.

I know there have been instances of this in the past, but this is a problem, in my opinion.
