I assume, completing the missions when ever they decide to put them up.

That's going to come from Tournaments and winning leagues.

Has it been made public when player cards or other rewards will be available in the clubhouse? Trying to decide whether to cash in points early for packs or hold out for tournament cards and a timeline would be helpful.

I think the plan is to reveal those sometime this week, today at the earliest.
