can't redeem purchased perfect points

I purchased some perfect points and tried to redeem the key through the Redeem Key on the Buy Perfect Points screen in the marketplace but the game keeps crashing when I click on Redeem Key. It won't let me enter the key and then crashes. Any idea on how to fix this?

When going to redeem points, the UI confetti appears. That may cause issues for some users, so you may need to disable that on your machine first. You can find that setting in the settings popup in the misc tab.
