Noticed this happening in a Quick Tournament (silver)
Anyone else?
Kind of blows up the whole pitching staff when it happens...

it's a known issue: rosters in tournaments are being auto depth charted after someone puts them in. but if you go in and look, it's what your roster is sometimes. this is just that case. pretty much all tournament rosters are borked right now.

I think it has happened to me twice. My #2 starter gets pulled after like 3 innings and then my #3 starter was put in to pitch another 2 or 3 innings. "Starting pitchers out of the bulllpen" is set to "No"...

it's not that they're doing that: it's that the AI is creating a depth chart they're going with and ignoring your rosters.
