[PT] Invisible Cards in Manage Cards window

My Roster window shows 44 players on reserve, but my Manage Cards screen only shows 42 players.

I happened to see that live David Peterson is one of the two missing cards. When I click actions, I can't list the card. DO I own the

No filters. No missions completed. Is he on my roster or is just a ghost?
