PT 26 Issue Resolved

Hi, everyone. There was an issue where some mismatched card and player IDs caused some display issues with cards. Those mismatches have been corrected. This will not happen moving forward, and the team is going through data to find those who were impacted by the mismatch.

As a precaution, we have cleared out the Card Shop and the Variant Auction House. Any card you listed, will need to be relisted.

You now have access to Perfect Team. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We will be following up on this soon.

Do you know how long this will delay creating the entry leagues?

I had what must have been one of those mismatched cards, 99 Alejandro Pena. Problem is, I got him in one of my diamond pack and now that I have 79 Jon Nunnaly instead of Pena, I didn't get a diamond card in that diamond pack (unless I overlooked it in the players I ended up with). Can this be checked somehow or how can I submit a support ticket? Thanks!

My cards were affected by the DB issue in a strange way.

I opened the 3 diamond loyalty packs earlier and got Greg Vaughn (91), Jack McDowell (9x) and Dwayne Murphy (9x).

I just logged in and am now seeing Greg Vaughn (good), Christian Yelich (93-live ?) and Ripper Collins (86! - from a diamond pack). Looking through the Transaction History there was no diamond from the middle pack - highest was Ripper Collins (gold).

Wherer the hell is the download?? I have already paid but cannot find where to downlolad from Fast Spring. )Help!!!!
