Tournament Trying to Open Unfound Database

When I sign up for a new tournament without a roster set, the game seems to be trying to find files on a database that doesn't exist, I get an error with a database loading failure. This is happening on most tournaments I try to join at the moment.

If I exit the tournament and re-enter, it seems to fix it.

Edited to remove bad image tag, will fix in a little bit when I have time.

As an addendum - it seems like it tries to load your most recent singleplayer game database instead. I am running into this sort of issue, and it gets stuck in an infinite loop of the "Your team is blank! You need to set up your tournament team." popup. I end up having to close and reopen the game to get past it, at which point the tournament lets me in as normal.

I assume that if you don't have a singleplayer save going it breaks in the way Dave detailed.

this is not fixed in the new update (36), just to clarify. it's also just a mac issue.
