Perfect Team: bulk shop buy order options

To assist with grind of obtaining food for variant boosting.

Bulk card shop buy order options

- Quantity input on buy order submission

- Buy Now expansion from direct shop listing screen to include other options like all at l10 and below, or current SellOrder +50%, etc

- Buy All or Max (would have to limit to allowed card cap of 10. and calculate total for confirmation?)

- also, if variant boost screen, manage cards(when vrel sorting) could display un-owned,, and all player cards had a relations tab then a link to "Find in Shop" could be created

- "bulk" buy options could also remain GROUPED on the your orders page..
cardname 55pp (8) [ enter price ] SUBMIT instead of 8 separate listings that all have to be updated one at a time

Just ideas... if anyone has good ideas for bulk buy options they've seen in other game and how they work, please share. Obviously busy time of the year but maybe down the road or pt27... something like these options could be handy.
