Take me out to ball game does not play all of the time

Hi..

Having a strange occurrence with OOTP25. the 'take me out to the ball game' 7 inning stretch sound file does not play ever game.. its been hit and miss and now playing less as the season progress. the same file does play once in a while. just not every game.

I know the file works as it does play sometimes... just not every time.

the file also plays fine in the Edit Stadium -> Sounds screen

any ideas?

It's been that way for several versions. I assumed it was intended behavior.

I think it may be a memory thing. When a closed a bunch of my apps before playing.. ie: MS teams and Ms one drive I do not have a problem
