Changing Game Data with CSVs

Hi all!

I'm trying to make a fully custom set of players. I see where I can export to CSVs with the player ratings and data, and it seems like I'd have an easier time of my goals if I could change player attributes (passing, bravery, etc) and assign teams through the import_export folder CSV files.

The trouble is, when I try to import, nothing happens. The red box is what I'm selecting, and the blank Import Team Files dialog box is what I get back.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a better way to do this? Is it even possible in FHM 10 to edit attributes in this method?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

"Import all teams from import_export folder" is for Online Leagues.

Sorry, you can´t do what you want to do in FHM.
