Highlights Not Working, Overlays All In Top-Left Corner

This is a continuation of the problems I've been having since a recent OOTP 25 crash that then seemed to cause a PC crash upon trying to re-open OOTP25.

Prior issues were in Perfect Team, this is in the base game and occurred during a Twitch stream. I'll attach a highlight that I clipped from the stream.

Set up a historic sim in 2023 with a team full of created players. Went to MLB->Scores page, hid scores, and did a quick play of Game 1 of the 2023 season. Then went to watch "highlights" which is something I've done in over 200 Twitch streams plus countless times off-stream.

This was the first time the highlights weren't visible. They seemed to speed by because we could see the PbP box flash on and off and occasional baserunners appear on the bases. There was also a strike zone graphic that I've never used before and none of the lineup or batter/pitcher info boxes were visible. The things that WERE visible, including the PbP box were all crammed in the top-left of the stream.

Tried a few things in Settings and searched game settings but couldn't find anything that seemed relevant. Tried to pause the highlights from within the highlight viewer, but couldn't.

During today's late night stream (earlier clip was from my afternoon stream) the highlights speed-run was going a little slower so I was able to check the "Pause After Each Play" box to stop the rapid replay.

Then I was able to close the replay and when I restarted it, it started paused. But that still didn't solve the issue with all these overlays (some of which I don't use and don't want) from being in the top left of the screen. Also the player names were all shifted over in the wrong places (down and to the left from where they normally sit). The screen shot below is AFTER I manually moved them around a bit. Batter name plates still either appear in the wrong spot or not at all (or buried behind another item so I can't see them).

Also not able to close any of these boxes, including the pitch locations box with has a on-functioning "X" in the top right. At least I was able to stream game highlights tonight, but still many things wrong with the highlights compared to just a day ago.
