Yeah the playoffs are not working like you said. The system is same than in Czech league so I would think it's not hard to get it work since it's working there?

Also I did test simulation for first year and there was no relegation games between Liiga and Mestis like there should be. Hopefully fixed soon, been waiting for this for so long.

Awesome work as always,Lots of amazing improvements here, curious with custom games did the financials ever get revamped? I know when I started a custom game earlier than 1917 the financials were modern day so teams were paying players millions instead of wha they would have been in FHM10

Question about injuries. It seems this year that players with Reds injuries become game available much sooner than usual (ie, someone with a long-term injury becomes game available with 1-2 weeks left of their injury). Is that new? Also, this happens before the "Player X Back Soon?" news item, which used to signal to me that the player in question had changed from a Red Plus to an orange plus

We fixed some issues with injury recovery that were previously broken, so it will look like they're recovering faster than they used to in some cases. That might've done something with the text messages, we'll check on that.

Just a quick question :

To edit or add more names/first names in the database (or also ethnicities), do we just need to add some more names in the names/first names.txt file in the "Database" folder of the game ?
Respecting the format "Name,number of occurences,country" and by alphabetical order, but anything else to do ?

(I remember it didn't work in FHM 10 in my custom games, because for any modifications I made the game didn't take them in consideration, it was just the names of the standard file. But maybe I didn't edit well the files of course, or forgot something)

Thank you very much, and once again (huge) congratulations Jeff and the team for the game and all the evolutions since the first version

No, the name lists aren't editable at the moment, changes to those files won't actually be used in the game.

Would it be possible to improve the 2D play-by-play and the text-to-speech.
The PBP is incredibly repetitive and certainly not immersive with endless "set breakout play started" and while the text-to-speech actually sometimes gives extra information that isn't on the PBP, the game scores and individual scorer/assist totals are often incorrect. I'm sure there was a committment for FHM10 to make some improvements but little has changed as far as I can tell.

How does AI decide to retire numbers? Also, Exceptional status only occurs in the WHL in my game.
