Technical question

Not sure if this is the right spot but I need some help


Over the course of 25, I have probably played 700-800 games using the modern 3D view. Except for the occasional crashes when I forget to restart my computer every 15 games or so, the game has played pretty well. No real complaints.


I recently decided to do a League Expansion and the 3D is so bad I just can't play. The play is either slow/fast, choppy and yhard to follow. It is the same way in Classic 3D. I've tried changing the video speeds with no result


Buying a new computer is out of the question. Anyone have any ieas, insight?

Laptop or desktop?
What type of video card?
How much ram do you have?
Have you made sure all drivers are up to date?

Everything is up to date. Could this be a 3D construction kit problem?

I do not use the 3D kit, so I have no idea.

However, OOTP can eat up a ton of ram which can slow things down. That's why I asked about vid card and ram.

I never did figure this out. When the team played at home with the 3D constructed stadium, the problems persisted, Choppy play, even missed some plays entirely. When they played on the road, everything worked fine. Beats me
On another front, the problem was just as bad on the default stadium provided in the game

Not sure this would help but when my gameplay isn't as smooth anymore I do a full restart of my laptop and that fixes things. It does sound like you have a different issue going.
