new/expanded stadiums for historical fictional leagues

Teams should automatically upgrade-update their stadium every few decades..Right now, if you sim 50 years (say, from 1910 to 1960), existing teams will still be playing in 5000 seat stadiums where new teams/teams that moved will have 20,0000, and it is a PAIN to manually update stadiums.

If you want, make it a tick box in evolution, where every few years,one or more teams will look to upgrade their stadium.. possibly tie it into a team's attendance (if they're selling out the park 81 times a year and have a LOT of waiting fans, it'd make sense that they'd look for a new stadium), and then decide whether to keep the existing stadium factors (indicating an upgrade of the existing stadium), or a whole new set (building a new stadium with a new name)
