Insane Batting averages in the minors.

I am now in 2022 having passed the turmoil of the 2020 season and everything is almost back to normal except the insane statistics in the minor leagues. My triple A team has a team batting average of .074, 2nd best in the league and my team is in first. My AA team has a batting average of .050, my high A team has a batting average .047, third best and my low a team is second with .055. Almost every game day passes with at least one game involving my teams having a no-hitter. Once the players get to the majors, they bat normally. What is going on in the minors?

My BABIP is already set to .293, should tick the box below to lock it in?

Be sure you are looking at the particular minor league BABIP and not the majors. I don’t think this was patched so ought to be zero unless you changed it.
