2D Screen
My screen is shaky. bounces up and down unless I zoom way out (high view). I can't seem to correct this???? Anyone else have this issue?

Oh man, I haven't heard of someone having this issue in years. I don't remember what the solution was, but Jeff probably does, so I've moved this to the Tech Forum.

Thanks. I have a new laptop, high end. It's really frustrating. I'm going to have a seizure if I can't correct it, lol

I remember this as well. I don't think we ever conclusively figured out the cause, but Adam and I both remember someone saying it seemed to be an overly-intrusive antivirus program that was the cause. Did your new laptop come with something like Norton AV preinstalled, or any other AV aside from the Windows one? If so, try deactivating that and see what happens.
