Ability to have AI control tactics separately from lines

I would like to have full control over my lines and roles, but allow the AI to control the tactics that those lines use. Currently, there is no way to do this in the game, setting the Manager option for "Setting Tactics" also lets the AI control the lines, even if you check all the Lock checkboxes on the Lines page, and when you click the "AI Set Tactics" button, it resets all of your lines. What I would like is to be able to manually set my lines, then have the AI choose the best tactics for the lines I have set, so that I don't have to manually go through every unit and every dropdown to find which tactic has the most players with a good fit, every time my lines change due to injury or trade or call up/down.

It would be great to have this ability added in a future version of the game
