Trouble with password reset

My brother just bought OOTP 25 on steam and while he has played previous versions (23 or 24) he has forgotten his login. When he tried to create a new login with his email it replied that the email was in use, and when he tried to do a password reset with that same email he was told that the email was not recognized.

He is wondering what the next steps to take would be?

Hi - I am having a similar issue. The other day I was automatically logged out of my Perfect Team. I have reset the password 3 times but the login credentials are still not working.

I haven't logged in for some time and I requested password change email which seemed to work and update my password. However, I still get the invalid login message when trying the new password.
