EIHL - Challenge Cup scheduling conflicts + GUI bugs

Hello,

playing the EIHL, I encountered a couple of issues with the Challenge Cup:

- Challenge Cup matches and Champions Hockey League matches are sometimes scheduled on the same day
- Challenge Cup matches do not show up in the GUI in the small calendar in the upper right corner
- Challenge Cup wins are not recorded in GM career history, nor in player accomplishments and trophy list, nor in team trophy list

Ah, we probably need to adjust the dates on the Challenge Cup slightly to fix that.

The lack of player/GM history is a common issue with all tournaments at the moment, we'll add it at some point but I'm not sure on the timeline.
