Player conflict stuck / can't intervene / keep getting message every month

I have a player conflict that won't let me click "intervene" on. It has "2" left, I was able to intervene 3 times to bring it down from 5 to 2, and now it's been stuck for 3+ months - the button just doesn't click. I keep getting the popup message every month that my captain can intervene.

Uploaded save as "FHM11-conflict-stuck.lg.zip". Sim to Feb. 26 to see the message, then try to click intervene. If it ends up being related, I think the conflict started while Dahlin was on LTIR. (IMO players on LTIR shouldn't be able to cause conflicts as they usually aren't with the team)

It'd be nice to be able to turn these notification messages off too under the "Exit auto-play" section for Manager options. I like to use autoplay as much as possible and this new message has been a bit of a nuisance.

This has happened a few more times this save with other players since making this post, regardless they are on LTIR or not. At this point I'm just doing a force trade away & back with the involved player to get rid of the conflict.

Realized this happens because one of the player's involved is the captain. He can't intervene his own conflict but it's the only one left, so until the conflict naturally resolves you get this message every month.

Yeah, we'll have to check the logic on that warning so it doesn't trigger when a captain-related conflict is the only option left.
