Top Prospects and Pipeline

How does this list work? It makes no sense at all to me. Defensive value is way out of wack.

How is Buck Leonard ranked lower than the other player?

Scouting is at 100% accuracy, List is set to dynamic. Just reran a full scouting. Player Evaluation settings at 100 for ratings.
Both players are newly created, every other rating besides Pitching/ Batting, Baserunning and Position stats they are exactly the same.

Basically I've done everything I can think of it get the most accurate ratings.

I can show even worse examples, a 20 overall catcher ranked higher than a 55 overall CF.

What does 100% scouting accuracy even mean if this how they rank prospects.

I addpics but not sure why they aren't showing up

Are you looking at current or potential ratings? Pipeline uses potential. I think age level and position are also looked. And potential of each rating not just overall. Also updating scouting will not change ratings. To change an individual players ratings you need to use the editor and immediately run a rescout. Then try recalculate list on the Pipeline page. To me while I find top prospect list interesting it is kind of useless. If I need to call up a 2B and he is my 35th ranked prospect I'm going to call him up for example.

Point is it's useless. Overall or Potential one of those players is miles better then the other. As mentioned I've done everything to get the ratings as updated as I can. Even tried turning off scouting.

My point is this list is in no way accurate. Last 2 years deference value has been vastly over rating resulting in player ratings that are basically useless now.
