Trying to set game to play as Manager for all teams

I set it in OOTP21. But, can't seem to get it to take in 25. I will play one game, go back to play another one just to have them all simmed. In 21, I would go bask and none of the others have been played, which is what I want. I purchased two of the 25s so I would have a copy at home and another on my puter at my son's house a few hours away. It does the same thing there. I copier 21 to a jump drive and then to that puter and it does the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

On the pregame screen, bottom right, set "Simulate World in Background" to "No, disables Baseball News Network"

The other games will be available for you to play now.

You only need to do this once, it will stick unless you change it again.
