Historical Expansion Drafts

I'm playing a game where I just transitioned from the 90-91 season into 91-92. The first things to happen that year are the North Stars-Sharks Dispersal Draft and then the Expansion Draft. Unfortunately the Expansion Draft in the game doesn't follow the historical rules whereby one player is selected from each franchise. Instead all unprotected players are fair game. I don't see any way to fix this other than me selecting players instead of the AI and forcing movements between teams. Any ideas are appreciated.

There is another thread about prioritizing fixes for the NHL in the next update and I would submit this would be a good one to fix.

Looks like the "maximum number of players lost" setting is turned off for that draft right now, I'll set it to 1.
