After Game Tutorial Pop Up Window Issue

I just purchased & downloaded OOTP 25, and have a weird bug happening at the end of games.

When the game summary screen pops up, I get a pop up window right in the middle of it that shows me 3 places to go for tutorials with a Got It button.

When I click Got It, the window just blinks and returns. I have to continually hit the ESC key while clicking on the Leave Game button, and eventually I will get out of the screen.

The first time it happened the button was checked to enable tutorials, and I unchecked it, but it still happens.

I've also found that the same window pops up if I click on the BNN Page button from an individual player page. In that case I have to click the back arrow while hitting ESC to get out of it.

I have an older iMac running Catalina v 10.15.7, with a 3.4 Ghz Intel i7 processor, 16 MB of RAM, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 675 MX.

Any thoughts on how to stop it from happening?
