Custom Game - New Junior League have relegation league connection

I have a Custom Game with only Relegation Leagues. After a few seasons, I decide to create a Junior League. On the League Notes tab, the league is shown as a Relegation League under the main league's relegation league section, with an option indicating that three teams will be relegated.

This is repeatable by simply creating a Custom Game in this way. It seems all leagues automatically get assigned a main league's Relegation League.

It would be good if these settings could be edited in the game. Additionally, it is not possible to create new Relegation Leagues during the game.
