Go back to the "Troubleshooting" tab and select "Open log file ootp_trace.txt"

Then save that file and you can attach it here or on the bug reports forum

Anyone else having random crash issues popping up during gameplay every so often with this release? Played a run of 4 games just now and the 4th game had a crash so it's sort of intermittent. Though a similar crash happened to me the other day. All my drivers are up to date, using steam version of the patch, etc. Just curious if anyone else is getting new random crashes. Seems like it's always during an on screen action like throwing down to 2nd, etc. Not just like in between screens, checking lineups or static stuff. Weird. It's not a huge deal I'll just start to force save after each game so I don't lose any more results but it's odd.

It might be an issue with facegen, that seems to be the last item that ran before crashing. I would suggest to go into the preferences (from the entry screen, hit the Settings button), then on the misc tab, you can disable facegen from there. You can check to see if that will help.

The next option would be on the same tab, there's the various 3d options. You can try to change some of the options from there (change OpenGL Mode to either default or only for 3d, for example), or possibly switching to a lower performance pre-set in case one of the higher performance parts is what is causing the issues.

In the troubleshooting tab, what is "game data re-installation" and will it delete my league file?

It does not delete league files. But it may help to make sure your data is up to date and you are not missing any files.

It didn't help. Maybe my computer is simply not fast enough
