Game sounds + text to speech

I only recently discovered this in the settings. Gave it a try but I'm wondering if someone has the key to getting proper synchronization of play by play and on field action. Most times, the visual play is complete well before the narration. I've tweaked some of the delay settings in the options screen but haven't come close to a workable setup.

We need to request that we have access to tweak that text to speech voice AND for the voice not say those codes at the end of the short play by play text. It would be just fine if that happened.

I see no roadmap other than that they say the priorites are mobile, korean and perfect team.

I agree, especially the ev ball speed mph, e.g. ev 101.1 MPH. It sounds silly. I asked if the short PbP could be edited as was told no because it was "hard wired" into the basic game. I tried putting exceptions into my Ivona lexicon file but have not been able to get that to work.

The short PBP does not sound realistic. I modified the english.xml file to eliminate all the stuff at the beginning, park, weather so the voice PbP is closer to real time. Because of how the program is written, it is my understanding that it can not be modified so that the play doesn't start until after keywords, like "here's the pitch", "he winds and deals" etc. It is not perfect, but it sounds and looks a lot better than the short PbP. I can make the file available if you are interested.
