Returning to your home

Not sure if this might be programmed into the game already, BUT
when it comes to Swedish players that played many years in NHL often they return "home" for a couple of last years in the club that they considered their homeclub.
We have seen this over the years and every new season many teams gets "home-returners" which boost the teams in SHL.
We can also see that players who have a hard time to crack the NHL lineups and really think playing in AHL isn't the best. They too often returns home to get a boost themselves.

Now this might happen in this game now and then but it would be very IRL like if something was "fixed" to increase these cases.

A player that got a favo club in his bios could get a little better ideas to return to it. In older version of FHM it might happen but not that often. Older players more likely retire than take a paycut than play 1-2 extra years back home for less salary.

So it would be an improvement I think to increase this eager to come "home".

I could see a problem with hard coding this if it's a custom league with a number of 'big' leagues with high payrolls. I think players going back to a favored club if it makes sense, would be cool.
