Can't disable DPI scaling

I just bought a new Windows 11 laptop, but I haven't been able to disable the DPI scaling behaviour.

Within Windows, none of the DPI settings in the Properties >> Compatibility tab have worked. I also tried turning off scaling in Windows before running OOTP, which also didn't work.

Within OOTP, the settings in the Settings >> Expert tab haven't worked.

On past computers, this was always an easy fix in the Compatibility tab. I've never had a problem turning off scaling before, and I'm at a complete loss on how to fix it. Any ideas?

Edit: My laptop's screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. I also have a second monitor running the same resolution. Same issue on both monitors.

To be clear, these steps are the ones you tried and didn't work?

Keep in mind, you need to leave and come back to see changes.

Yes, those were the settings I tried. I've also restarted the game each time the settings were changed.

If none of the settings in-game are having an impact, then it would only be something in the windows compatibility stuff that can impact it then. What is the issue you are seeing precisely? You may simply need to increase the font size (in the main settings menu) if things are too small on the screen if the scaling is not changing.

My apologies -- this appears to be an error on my part. I remembered more information fitting on my screen when I last played OOTP regularly on a 1920 x 1080 monitor (OOTP 19). I booted up my old laptop to check, and that was the case. However, the older OOTP versions used smaller fonts and tighter spacing by default, resulting in more information being displayed and fewer scrollbars. I mistook OOTP's interface changes since then as DPI scaling on my new laptop.

The DPI scaling is working fine. Kindly disregard.
