2024 Minor League Rosters Missing Players

I've noticed the last couple of seasons i've started, I noticed a good amount of players are missing from rosters, particularly in the rookie and FCL/AZL teams. I usually play as the O's and noticed some players are free agents despite them playing this year on 2024 in reality.

Anybody else notice this?(sorry if this has been brought up before)

I have noticed this as well the last couple of seasons. There have always been a handful of DSL players missing, but the last couple seasons I have noticed players in the AZL/FCL. With the AZL/FCL the players are in the database, but they are either a Free Agent or sometimes they are retired when they should not be. The players missing always seem to be in the AZL/FCL, or DSL. The other leagues rarely seemed to be missing players. When I start a current league, I always check over the league including minors pretty thouroughly. Usually run into any where from 1-4 missing players per team in the AZL/FCL.

Okay. I'm glad i'm not alone. It just makes setting up the minors a little trickier off the bat. It definitely just seems to be the rookie leagues. So, at least it's just contained there. I wonder what caused that.
