I remember in 1991, Dave McLlwain played in all 4 divisions in one season.

The closest to that that I can remember on top of my head is Roman Vopat getting traded 3 times in 3 weeks in 1998.

In 2002-03, Harold Drunken was bounced between Toronto and Carolina (and their minor league afiliates) something like 6 times. As soon as one put him on waivers, the other would grab him.
